Product Manager
Own client products end to end — from discovery to shipped, measurable outcomes that clients feel.
We build websites, products, and the systems behind them for clients who care about the details. As a Product Manager, you're the person who turns a fuzzy brief into a clear plan and a shipped product — and then proves it worked.
You'll sit between clients, designers, and engineers, holding the thread from the first conversation to launch and beyond. This is hands-on product work: you'll run discovery, shape the roadmap, write the tickets, and stay close enough to the build to make the hundred small calls that keep a project moving.
AI is part of how we work, not a side project. You'll use it to move faster, and you'll help shape the AI-driven features we build into client products.
- Lead discovery with clients — turn goals and constraints into a prioritised, defensible roadmap.
- Write clear specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria the team can build from without guessing.
- Run the delivery cadence: planning, standups, and reviews across design and engineering.
- Define the metrics that matter for each product and track whether we're actually moving them.
- Be the client's point of contact — set expectations, manage scope, and communicate trade-offs honestly.
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, drafting, and analysis — and help scope AI features we ship to clients.
- Keep quality high: test flows, catch edge cases, and decide what ships now versus next.
- 3+ years shipping digital products (agency, startup, or in-house).
- A track record of taking products from idea to launch, not just managing backlogs.
- Strong written communication — your specs and updates leave no room for ambiguity.
- Comfort with data: you can define, read, and act on product metrics.
- Fluent with AI tools in your daily workflow, with opinions on where they help and where they don't.
- Fluent English; you'll work with international clients daily.
- Experience with client or agency work and juggling multiple engagements.
- A design or engineering background that lets you speak both languages.
- Experience shipping AI or LLM-powered product features.
- Familiarity with analytics tooling and lightweight experimentation.
- Linear / Jira
- Notion
- Figma
- Slack
- GA4 & Amplitude
- Claude, ChatGPT & AI copilots
